FLORIANÓPOLIS, 21 Fev (Reuters) - A 111 dias da Copa do Mundo, o secretário-geral da Fifa, Jérôme Valcke, alertou nesta sexta-feira que o Brasil ainda tem muito trabalho a fazer e que é preciso velocidade no ritmo dos preparativos de estruturas temporárias e mobilidade urbana para receber bem os visitantes.

"Há uma demanda muito forte por ingressos, demanda grande do exterior, e temos que atendê-los da melhor forma. Há muita coisa a fazer e estamos trabalhando a toda velocidade", disse Valcke a jornalistas em Florianópolis, onde foi realizada uma reunião da Fifa com o Comitê Organizador Local (COL).

Esta é mais uma advertência à preparação do Brasil para a Copa, marcada por atrasos nas obras de estádios, mobilidade urbana e aeroportos e estouro no orçamento.

O secretário-geral afirmou que esta semana foi importante para os preparativos por causa das visitas a Manaus, Brasília e Porto Alegre - esta última teve o estádio inaugurado na quinta-feira -- e também devido à confirmação de Curitiba no Mundial, apesar do atraso nas obras da Arena da Baixada.

"Nestas duas cidades (Porto Alegre e Curitiba) ainda há muito trabalho a ser feito. O estádio de Porto Alegre está mais ou menos pronto, a estrutura está pronta, mas tem muito trabalho pela frente, na parte de fora, para projetos de TI, centro de mídia", declarou ele, ressaltando que o estádio paranaense só vai ser entregue em meados de maio, a menos de um mês da

Copa, que começa em 12 de junho.

A parte exterior do estádio a que ele se refere são as estruturas temporárias, alvos de discussão nas cidades-sede sobre quem será responsável pelo pagamento destas instalações.

Também nesta semana, Porto Alegre anunciou uma solução para o impasse criado depois que o Internacional, dono do estádio, disse que não pagaria por estas estruturas, cujos custos podem chegar a 40 milhões de reais por cidade.

A solução na capital gaúcha envolve duas medidas: um projeto de lei que possibilita a captação de recursos privados e a mobilização de estruturas permanentes que sirvam a políticas públicas da cidade e do Estado.

As instalações temporárias são consideradas fundamentais para o torneio, com estruturas para imprensa, tecnologia e segurança. O ex-atacante Ronaldo, integrante do COL, reforçou a necessidade de acordos sobre esta questão.

"Foi muito bom ter a presidenta Dilma conosco para a inauguração de mais um belíssimo estádio para a Copa do Mundo (em Porto Alegre), mas a gente não pode esquecer as estruturas complementares, que são parte importantíssima para a Copa. Por isso é muito importante a gente chegar o quanto antes a um acordo com as cidades-sedes para ter essas estruturas", afirmou.

"GRANDE NEGÓCIO"

Valcke destacou ainda que os seis estádios que não participaram da Copa das Confederações de 2013 precisam passar por eventos-teste para o Mundial - quatro deles ainda não foram entregues: São Paulo, Curitiba, Manaus e Cuiabá, enquanto Natal e Porto Alegre foram inaugurados neste ano.

Sobre as obras de mobilidade urbana, o secretário-geral da Fifa afirmou que sabia que nem todas ficariam prontas para o Mundial. "A Copa deu o pontapé inicial... as cidades serão diferentes antes e depois da Copa", declarou.

O ministro do Esporte, Aldo Rebelo, aproveitou para citar exemplos de sedes que terão obras que ficarão prontas depois do torneio, como Cuiabá, e sobre o legado de São Paulo, cujo estádio está sendo erguido na região mais pobre da cidade, a zona leste.

Alvo de protestos nos últimos meses, os gastos com a Copa foram defendidos por Ronaldo, para quem a competição é um bom negócio para o Brasil, citando o aumento do PIB no Rio Grande do Sul por causa do evento.

"A Copa do Mundo é um grande negócio para o país e temos que mostrar à pequena minoria que é contra que (o torneio) vai deixar legados para o nosso país", afirmou o ex-jogador, maior artilheiro de todos os Mundiais.

FLORIANÓPOLIS , Feb 21 ( Reuters ) - The 111 days of the World Cup , the FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke warned on Friday that Brazil still has much work to do and it takes speed in the pace of preparations for urban mobility and temporary structures for welcoming visitors .
" There is a strong demand for tickets , great demand abroad, and we have to serve them in the best way . There is much to do and we are working at full speed ," Valcke told reporters in Florianópolis , where a meeting was held Fifa with the Local Organising Committee ( LOC) .
This is more a warning to prepare for the World Cup in Brazil , marked by delays in the works of stadiums , airports and urban mobility and burst the budget.
The Secretary-General said that this week was important for the preparations because of visits to Manaus , Brasilia and Porto Alegre - the latter had inaugurated the stadium on Thursday - and also due to the confirmation of Curitiba in the World , despite delays works in the Arena da Baixada .
